Gillian Blake

Gill brings a seriously impressive skillset to The Wellness Cartel. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Clinical Exercise Science, specialising in both clinical and sports rehabilitation, along with a postgraduate certificate in stroke rehab. She's a certified nutritionist, a Level 5 qualified sports massage therapist, and an advanced aesthetics practitioner. On top of that, she’s a running diagnostics expert — and when it comes to competition, she walks the walk too: a multi-qualified HYROX World Champion in her age group. Recently 3rd in Age Group At Hyrox World Champs 2025. Gill’s blend of science, real-world experience, and athletic drive is exactly why our clients get such powerful results

Warren Holton

Warren is the systems guy — blending high performance with real-life practicality. He’s a qualified Strength & Conditioning Coach, British Weightlifting Coach, and Certified Life Coach with CrossFit Fundamentals under his belt. As an endurance athlete, he’s completed everything from Ironman to Double and Triple Ironman events, and he's also a HYROX World Championship competitor in his age group. With over 25 years in corporate project management and deep experience in digital strategy and behaviour systems, Warren knows how to build structure, cut the noise, and help people make lasting change — in training, in mindset, and in life.
